Mrs. Robert H. Edelen, 77, the former Leona Rapier, died at 6:25 a m. Tuesday in St. Joseph Infirmary. She lived at 3531 Graham Road. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Stephen Edelen, of Chicago, III; William Edelen, of Jacksonville. Fla.. and the Rev. Robert Edelen, assistant pastor of SS. Simons & Jude Church; six daughters, Mrs. Edward Bennett, of Bloomfield, Ky.; Mrs. Warren Bennett, of Taylorsviile, Ky.: Sister Robert Leona, a teacher at Guardian Angels School: Mr. George McAuliffe, Mrs. Joseph Herrmann and Mrs. Weller Carpenter: 32 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10:30 am. Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. 500 Breckinridge Lane. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The body is at Ratterman's. 3711 Lexington Road.

Robert Edelen, Stephen Edelen of Chicago, III. and William Edelen of Jacksonville, Fla. 6 daughters Mrs. Edward (Ann Tate) Bennett, Bloomfield, Ky., Mrs. Warren (Virginia) Bennett, Taylorsville, Ky., Sister Robert Leona S.L., Mrs. George (Sally) McAuliffe, Mrs. Joseph (Dorothy) Herrmann, and Mrs. Weller (Aline) Carpenter, all of Louisville. Also survived by 32 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Mon. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting will be at Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Rd. from 7-9 p.m. Sat. and from noon until 9 p.m. Sun.
