THOMAS A. MATTINGLY, 330 E. Oak, a car repairman for 18 years for the Louisville & Nashville Railroad, before he retired 25 years ago, died at 3:30 A.M. yesterday at the Little Sisters of the Poor. He was 92. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. T. O. Downs; two sons, Thomas and Joseph B. Mattingly; a sister, Mrs. Betty Borders; a brother, Will Mattingly; and 18 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 9 A.M. tomorrow at St. Leo the Great Church with burial in St. Catherine Cemetery, New Haven, Ky. The body is at McDaniel Funeral Home, 4339 Park Boulevard.
