Jacquelyn Edelen Carlson (Jackie), 54, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2011. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on November 14, 1956. Jackie worked at Wolfson Children's Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the NICU department. Jackie was a longtime parishioner at Christ the King Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, children and siblings.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 5-7 p.m. at the Christ the King Catholic Church followed by a Rosary service at 7p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Rd., 32211. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Marian Servants of the Blessed Sacrament, 34 Ocean Ave., St. Augustine, FL., 32084.
