John D. Taggart, 36, grandson of the late John D. Taggart, founder of the Kentucky Wagon Works, died at 11 a.m. Monday at his home in the Panama Canal Zone, where he had been a Government electrical engineer for the past eight years. He had ended a visit in Louisville only two weeks ago., and contracted pneumonia upon his return to the Canal Zone. Mr. Taggart is survived by his mother, Mrs. Henrietta G. Taggart, Bloomfield, Ky. The body will be cremated and the ashes brought to Louisville.

Divorce Ogden following the shooting incident with Mrs. Curran Crume. Lacy moved to Reno, NV for 6 months where she instituted the divorce suit. Afterwards she returned to Bardstown and lived with her father, Mr. W.H. Hinkle.
