AGED SHELBYVILLE RESIDENT DIES
Mrs. Rebecca Johnson of Shelbyville passed away at the home of her daughter, Tuesday night. She had been sick for about a week but her condition was not considered serious until Tuesday when she became seriously ill. Death resulted from apoplexy. Her husband, Oliver Johnson, preceded her in death about six years ago. She is survived by six children, Glen of Kentucky and George of Springfield, Mrs. Richard Cordray, Mrs. Lon Glick, and Miss Bertha Johnson of St. Louis. The funeral will be held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lon Glick on South Ninth street at 10:30 Thursday morning. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery.
