"Henry" was one of 5 children born to Thomas J. Boon(e) & Mary Eleanor "Ellen" Ice. He was a farmer in the New Haven area and in January 1882, married Elizabeth Ann "Bettie" Bowling at St. Catherine Church. Five children were born to them. Their youngest child John "William" Boone was born 17 May 1897. He was taken ill with meninghitis on a visit to Louisville and died there, 22 March 1930. William was laid to rest in St. Catherine Cemetery (memorial #95679599). He is near his parents & step-mother. Two years after "Bettie" died, Henry married Martha "Mattie" Horrell in Grayson County, KY. They resided in New Haven the rest of their life.
