BARDSTOWN -- THOMAS, PATRICIA H., "TRISH," 50, died Saturday, July 23, 2005. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Thomas of Bardstown; a daughter, Leigh Anne Thomas; two step-sons, Jerry Thomas Jr. of Louisville and Michael Thomas of Bardstown; two stepgrandchildren; her parents, Harry and Margaret Mary Hicks of Bardstown (formerly of New Haven); two brothers, James Hicks of Ashland City, TN, and Joe Hicks of Bardstown; and six sisters, Joyce Gardner of Louisville, Mary Jane Reece of Cox's Creek, Lorene Hughes of Crestwood, Sylvia Head of Simpsonville, KY, Barbara Hall of New Haven, KY, and Annette Kute of Bardstown; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2005, at St. Gregory Catholic Church. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the family farm, 1642 Blanton Road, New Haven. There will not be a visitation. Mann & Greenwell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Gregory Church or the donor's favorite charity.

PATRICIA H. "TRISH" THOMAS, 50, Bardstown, died Saturday, July 23, 2005, at the Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville Pavilion. She was a native of Bardstown, and a 1973 graduate of LaRue County High School. She retired from Community Bank in 2004 after 30 years of service where she worked as a vice-president and loan officer. She was a member of St. Gregory Parish where she served as a Eucharistic minister. She was active in Reach for Recovery and the Relay for Life program. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Thomas; a daughter, Leigh Anne Thomas, Bardstown; two stepsons, Jerry Thomas Jr., Louisville, and Michael Thomas, Bardstown; two stepgrandchildren; her parents, Harry and Margaret Mary Hicks, Bardstown, formerly of New Haven; two brothers, James Hicks, Ashland City, Tenn., and Joe Hicks, Bardstown; and six sisters, Joyce Gardner, Louisville, Mary Jane Reece, Cox's Creek, Lorene Hughes, Crestwood, Sylvia Head, Simpsonville, Barbara Hall, New Haven, and Annette Kute, Bardstown; and several nieces and nephews.
