REGINA HOWARD LAMKIN, 99, of Louisville passed away Sunday at Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was a native of Howardstown, Ky., and a member of SS. Simon & Jude Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Leo Lamkin; a daughter-in-law, Benita Mattingly Lamkin. Survivors include three sons, Francis Howard Lamkin and his wife, Mary Lou, Maurice Anthony Lamkin and his wife, Rita, and Joseph Carroll Lamkin; two daughters, Margaret Jean Blair and her husband, L. B., and Nancy Rose Lamkin; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Her funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday at SS. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 4335 Hazelwood Ave., with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-9 P.M. Tuesday at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bardstown Rd. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Mass of the Air or Hospice of Louisville.
