Mrs. Bryant was raised in Westfield and was graduated from Westfield High School
and Hood College, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. She was the wife of the late William W. Bryant, who died in 1981. Prior to moving to Redding six years ago, Mrs. Bryant lived in Fitzwilliam, N.H. and had spent every summer of her life on Atlantis Island in Chippewa Bay, N.Y. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and was active in the Westfield Garden Club, the Fitzwilliam Historical Society and the Chippewa Yacht Club.
