He is survived by his sons, David Rapier of Memphis, TN and Mark Rapier of White Lake, MI, sister, Irene Rapier of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Shelly and Jennifer. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Beverly Rapier and son, John Rapier. Louis was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, 2014 at Zoeller Funeral Home from 3-8 PM with a Rosary at 7 PM. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 11 AM at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under direction of Zoeller Funeral Home.
