I, Richard Edelen of Cc, Gentleman, for the natural love and affection I have for my grandchildren, Mary Boon, Sarah Boarman, and Thomas Boorman, I have given them as follows: to Mary Boon, a certain tract of land, being part of Boarmans Manor, lying in CC on the east side of Zachiah Swamp, containing about 180 acres. If Mary should die without issue of her body lawfully begotten, then. I grant the land to my granddaughter, Sarah Boarman. If Sarah should die without issue of her body lawfully begotten, then I grant the land to my grandson, Thomas Boarman.
