Loving wife of the late Arthur; cherished mother of Brian (Jennifer), Ray and Chris; beloved grandmother of Emily, Evan and Blake; dear sister of Lois (Glenn) Walker, Carolyn (Stanley) Dabrowski, Janice (the late Ed) Quinton, Frank (Carolyn) Peak and Cathy (Charlie) Wise; predeceased by her grandchild Grant and her sister Helen Bennett. Frances is also survived by many extended loved ones and friends. Visitation at Lee-Ellena Funeral Home, 46530 Romeo Plank, Macomb (S. of 21 Mile) on Sunday, April 2 from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Service at St. Paul of Tarsus on Monday, April 3 at 11 a.m.

Arthur Phillip Holland, 74, of Michigan, but proprietor of property in Elizabethtown and Radcliff, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, at his Elizabethtown residence.
He was a devout member of St. Paul of Tarsus in Michigan, served in the U.S. Army and worked in auto sales. He had a large spirit.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Grant Holland; his parents, Wilbur and Lucille Lawrence Holland; and a brother, Ray Holland.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Frances Peak Holland; three sons, Brian Phillip (Jennifer) Holland of Chesapeake, Virginia, and Raymond Francis Holland and Christopher Michael Holland, both of Macomb Township, Michigan; a sister, Helen Heitman of Chesterfield, Michigan; and three beloved grandchildren, Emily Holland, Evan Holland and Blake Holland.
Cremation was chosen.
The funeral is at St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church in Clinton Township in Michigan. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of local arrangements.
