I, Johnie Mary Bloyd, of the city of Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, being of sound and disposing mind and memorey, and mindful of the uncertainty of human life and intending to dispose of all my property and estate upon my death, do make, publish, and declare this my last will and testament, hereby expressly revoking any and all wills, codicils or testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
I herby declare that I am the widow of John Eliot Bloyd and that I have two living children, issues of my body, whose names are Jessie May Webster, a daughter, and Mellie Constance Erway, a daughter, and that a third daughter, Beatrice Stone, died leaving one child, a daughter, now named Beulah May Stone Raymond; and that I have five grandchildren in addition to Beulah Raymond, their names being Karl Bloyd Webster, and Margaret May Webster, children of my daughter, Jessie May Webster, and Bloyd Philip Erway, Murl Wayne Erway and Ray Oscar Erway, children of my daughter, Mellie Constance Erway; and that I have one great grandson, Larry allen Raymond, the son of my grand daughter Beulah May Stone Raymond.
I give and devise to Mellie Constance Erway, Karl Bloyd Webster, Margaret May Webster, and Beulah May Stone Raymond, as tenants in common in the shares following, all my real estate, the same being a farm located in Green County in the state of Kentucky, and being that which was devised to me under the will of my husband, J. E. Bloyd (John Elliott Bloyd) and being the land deeded to John E. Bloyd, Seignior, on the 9th day of January, 1885, which deed is recorded in the said Green County, in deed Book No. 32, page 50, and describes the said property as: "All that tract or parcel of land situated and being in the county of Green on the waters of Big Brush Creek, and bounded as follow to wit:
Beginning at two white oaks on the East side of said creek and just above the mouth of the "Bloyd's Mill spring branch and corner to J. T. Poteet thence with said Poteets line N 48 E 140 poles tol a hickory and a dogwood in Hardin Scotts line corner to said Poteet thence with said Scott's and Websters line S 69 E 144 1/2 poles to a post oak tree and stump in W. D. Moss's line thence with his line S 21 W 53 poles to a hickory and red oak corner to said Moss thence S 69 E 28 1/2 poles to a red oak, Moss corner thence S 21 W 105 1/2 poles to Turkey Oak, corner to said Moss, thence with Moss and J. A. Scott line N 68 3/4 W 222 to a white oak on the bank of the East Fork of brush creek below to road, thence with the creek as it meanders to the beginning the same containing two Hundred Acres, be the same more or less, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining"
And the same being the land deeded to John Bloyd by the heirs of Ezekial Young on the 10th day of June, 1845, and which is described in said deed as:
"A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in county of Green and state aforesaid, and on the waters of Big Brush Cereek it being the land that the said E. Z. Young purchased of Barnett containing two hundred and ten Acres more or less being a part of a tract entered surveyed and patented in the name of John Martin and bounded as follows:
Beginning at a white oak near the mouth of a large spring Branch from thence N 45 E 147 poles to a block oak dogwood and hickory from thence S 71 E 175 poles to two post oaks and a black oak from thence S 19 W 160 poles to two small hickorys and a black oak from thence N 71 W 226 poles to a white oak and hickory on the east bank of the middle fork of big brush creek from thence up the creek to a leaning sugar tree and a white oak on the North bank of a large branch from thence to the beginning."
to Mellie Constance Erway a one-third (1/3) interest in said property; to Karl Bloyd Webster a one sixth (1/6) interest; to Margaret May Webster a one sixth (1/6) interst and a Beulah May Stone Raymond a one third (1/3) interest
I give and bequeath to Jessie May Webster my household furniture and all of the indebtedness of the said Jessie May Webster to myself. The same being a total indebtedness of two thousand four hundred ($2400.00) Dollars comprised of loans by myself to her in the items of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars, One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars, three hundred ($300.00) dollars, and one Hundred ($100.00) dollars, and I direct that my executor discharge the said indebtedness and cancel and deliver to the said Jessie May Webster the promissory notes evidencing the said indebtedness
I hereby nominate and appoint Clarence Raymond of the city of Louisville, State of Kentucky, who is the husband of my Granddaughter, Beulah May Stone Raymond, the Executor of this, my last will and testament.
In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand this 21st day of June 1938.

The foregoing will consisting of two pages besides this was at the date hereof by said Johnnie Mary Bloyd signed and published as and declared to be her last will and testament, in the presence of us who, at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other, have signed our names as witnesses thereto.

The foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Johnnie Mary Bloyd, Decd, was produced in open court, and proven by the deposition of Dr. Warren W. Babcock, and Mary Clark, taken in Detroit Mich. on the 9th day of March 1939, subscribed and sworn to before Lewis E. Young Notary Public Wayne County Mich. and examined by Clarence Raymond, Atty in which depositions they state that Johnnie Mary Bloyd, signed said instrument in their presence, and that they signed said instrument in her presence and in the presence of each other at her request; and that they believe her to be of sound mind and disposing memory, at the time of executing and signing said instrument, and said instrument of writing was examined, approved and confirmed by the court and ordered to be recorded which is truly done.
