Phyllis Diane Carroll, 56, of Flaherty, died Wednesday, June 4, 2014, in her sleep at home.

Miss Carroll worked at the General Electric Appliance Park in Louisville.

Survivors include her parents, Charles and Imogene Carroll of Elizabethtown; one brother, Larry Carroll (Lecie) of Flaherty; one sister, Debbie Stiles (John) of Owensboro; two nieces, Farrah Galloway of Smyrna, Georgia, and Megan Carroll of Bowling Green; two nephews, Shane Crutcher of Rineyville and Bryan Carroll of Cameron, Texas; three great-nieces and six great-nephews.

Miss Carroll's celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 8, 2014, at the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove.

Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home and continues from 2 p.m. Sunday until the time of the service.
