QUINTON, EDWARD T., 76, of Louisville, passed away Monday, July 9, 2007. He was a member of St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church, Lifetime Million Dollar Round Table and a Chef for various religious and charitable organizations, and alumni of the Jefferson Community culinary arts. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Janice Peak; four daughters, Kathleen Perez, Ellen Quinton Bradshaw (Bob), Jane Ann Nogalski (Gil), Sharon M. Hatch (Rob); one son, Michael P. Quinton; and one brother, two sisters; four grandchildren, Caitlin, John, Sassy and Bobby. His Memorial Mass will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday at his Church, 2119 Payne St. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Rd. Contributions in his name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
