Malinda Bazor was a daughter of John Bazor and Mary K. Bazor. She was born 24 May 1809 in Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama. She died 1892 at Wards, Green County, Kentucky and was buried in the family cemetery here.

Malinda was said to be French and Low Dutch.
In the 1870 Green County Census, Malinda is head of household, 91, living in the Brush Creek area of the county. She Keeps house, was born in Alabama, is age 67. Her children at home with her are: Hutaba, 34 (house carpenter); Lewis, 26 (farmer).
