Joseph Harold Vittitow 74, New Haven, died Saturday, July 23, 2011, at his home. He was born and raised in Athertonville by his parents. He retired after 43 years of service at Barton Brands Distillery in Bardstown. He was currently farming with his brother, Paul, on Vitittow Farms. He was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church in New Haven. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Eugene Vittitow and Mary Lillian Smith Vittitow; and a brother, Fred Vittitow; and a sister, Nancy Mattingly.
