REBECCA GREENWELL PROBUS, 75, died Thursday at Hospice & Pallative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. She was a retired clerk for the Jefferson County Board of Elections and a member of Metro Democratic Club and St. Boniface Catholic Church. Survivors: a son, Gus Probus; a daughter, Carla Probus; her mother, Lorene W. Greenwell; sisters, Renee Thompson, Barbara Houston, Cathy Phillips and Eileen Greenwell; brothers, Dinks, Ed and Harry Greenwell; an aunt, Agnes Greenwell, who cared for her; and two grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday, her church, 531 E. Liberty St. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: J. B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, 3-9 p.m. Friday. Memorial gifts: Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville or her church.
