Catherine "Pete" Pytleski, 88, of Greendale, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015. She was born April 11, 1927 in New Haven, Kentucky, daughter of the late Lewis and Mary (Flaherty) Dawson.

Catherine was a member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church; she enjoyed reading and travel; was a big UK, Reds, and Bengals fan; loved poker even getting a royal flush hand in every suit.

She is survived by her daughter, Jean Marie (husband Mark) McCoy of Greendale, IN; brother, Thomas (wife Dawn) Dawson of Baltimore, MD; sister, Mary Ann (husband Jerry) Bowling of Louisville, KY; 4 grandchildren, Bill (wife Ginjer) Fassold, Michael McCoy, Patrick McCoy, Gordon McCoy; and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis P and Mary Edna Dawson; and her loving husband, John Pytleski.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 10am to 11am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 11am, with Father Steven Donohue and Father Jack Hartzer officiating.

Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.

John "Jack" Pytleski, 87, of Greendale, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Jack was born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin on October 5, 1923. He was the son of the late Mary and Walter Pytleski. He was a graduate on University of Wisconsin with the bachelors of science degree in chemical engineering. He was the Seagram's production manager for 37 years and retired in 1983. He also was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church since 1951. On January 24, 1953 he married Catherine "Pete" (Dawson) Pytleski who survives him.

In addition to his wife Pete, Jack is also survived by one daughter, Jean Marie (Mark) McCoy of Greendale, IN; one sister, Lucille Van Enyde of Chicago, IL; 4 grandsons, Bill (Ginjer) Fassold of Fort Meyers, FL; Michael (Emily) McCoy of Greendale, IN; Patrick McCoy of Greendale, IN; and Gordon McCoy of Greendale, IN and 6 great grandchildren. Jack enjoyed family, reading, traveling, and was a devoted Reds and Bengals Fan.

Friends are invited to call Saturday, June 25, 2011, from 10-11am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Lawrenceburg, IN, followed by a mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 11am with Father Peter Gallgher officiating. Interment will be held at Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, IN. The family request donations to St. Lawrence Adopt a Student or Greendale EMS.
