Charles and Naomi Sowers, along with Sarah Sowers (widow of James Q. Sowers, and Richard Sowers (a widower), owned the Knob Creek Farm later owned by Howard and Jackie Peake. The Sowers sold the farm to W.H. Boone and W.M. Booone on Apr. 6, 1926. The Boone’s also paid the farm debt of $8,000 to T.R. Ford of Hodgenville as specified in the deed.
