Greenwell, Joseph Edward "Ed", 82, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016 surrounded by his family after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. For many years Ed sang in both St. Denis and Mary Queen of Peace choirs.
He is survived by his loving wife, Eileen Greenwell; daughters, Jenny Cash (Greg) and Cathy Greenwell (Mark) son, Danny Greenwell (Paula); brother, Harry Greenwell (Paula); sisters, Barbara Houston and Cathy Phillips (Pat); sisters-in-law, JoAnn and Estelle Greenwell; grandchildren, Daniel (Valery), Lauren, Lindsey, Emily, Sydney, Alexander and Emily; great grandchildren, Mya and Grayson; his dog, Sammie; many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
His Mass of Resurrection will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday March 12, 2016 at Mary Queen of Peace, 4005 Dixie Highway with cremation to follow. Visitation will be at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Rd., Friday, March 11, 2016 from noon - 8:00 p.m.
