Cummins, Charles A., 89, passed away Thursday, December 1st, 2011.
He was a retired Master Distiller with Louisville Distilleries, former owner of Bloomfield (KY) Liquors, and worked for the Nelson County Property Valuation Office.
A graduate of St. Xavier High School, Charles was former member of the Bardstown Lions Club, Bardstown Country Club, Fish and Game Club in Bloomfield and St. Martha Catholic Church.
Preceding him in death were his first wife, Mary Garvin Cummins; his second wife, Rosalie Cummins, and a brother William.
Survivors include his daughter, Ann Garvin Hutton (Peter) of Louisville, and two sisters, Margaret J. Aulenbach of Louisville and Lucille Heineken of Amsterdam, Holland.
The funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 5th at St. Catherine Church in New Haven, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
