In addition to slaves, he gives his sons Richard and Joseph land on Trace creek. also mentioned are "grandchildren, Richard's children, Joseph and Lucy" and his "wife Ann". Dated 7 Jan 1800, prob 10 May 1800. Wit. Walter Burch et al. Is this Joseph the correct one? In the 1810 Census of Nelson Co., Ann Nevit is listed as over 45 with another female 16-26 and one slave.
