Misc. Notes
Aron Stark’s Grave 1909:
His father’s Hebrew name is given as Yona Dov, which matches with what is on Adolph’s gravestone. The Yiddish version of the name Dov is Ber. I’m not sure if you are familiar with Ashkenazi Jewish naming tradition, but Jews often name their children after deceased relatives (never after living relatives). This explains why in the years after Jonasz’ death, many of his children named one of their own children after him. It’s pretty evident in Adolph’s case that his son Bert, born Jonas Bela, was named after Adolph’s father. 102

I found records showing that Aron and Fani actually immigrated to the United States in 1904 with most of their children. Aron and Fani returned to Hungary after a few years, but their children remained. - Mat Zager, 2022.102
