Patricia Jane (Peak) Morrison, 86, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2019. She was born on February 7, 1933 to Loretta Brennan Peak and James Selby Peak in Louisville, Ky.
On August 22, 1953 she married Gerald (Jerry) William Morrison at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Louisville on his 20th birthday.
Pat was a wonderful mother, a fabulous cook and a fantastic homemaker. However, her best traits were her undivided attention to family, her sweet spirit and her constant smile. Never a negative word was heard from her or about her – she was dearly loved by all she met in life.
Pat was extremely devoted as a wife (to Jerry), a mother to her 5 children, a grandmother and a great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jerry and all of her 7 adult siblings, Ann Fogarty (Jack), Margaret Atherton (Tyler), Brennan Peak, Selby Peak (Arla), John Peak (Rita), Bill Peak, and Bob Peak (Pat).
She is survived by her 5 children Mark Morrison (Gina Eberenz), Marty Morrison (Marie), Sheri Hamilton (Bard), John Brennan Morrison (Denise Olding) and David Tyler Morrison, along with her 10 grandchildren Kate Stinson (Jay), Pat Morrison, Brennan Morrison, Matt Morrison, Christina Brown (David), Tara Mobley (Tim), Morgan Hamilton (John Buonadonna), Aaron Hamilton, Megan Morrison and Sarah Morrison.
She is also survived by her sister-in-law Pat Peak along with many nieces and nephews.
She dearly loved her 7 great grandchildren Ava and Joe Morrison; Conner, Caleb and Jacob Brown; Asher and Rowan Mobley.
She will be missed, but well remembered by all.
Visitation will be Wednesday April 10 at 2-8 at Ratterman's Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40207. Visitation will continue on Thursday April 11 at 11-Noon, with service at noon at the funeral home with burial at Cave Hill Cemetery.
